Risk Disclosure
RISK DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
Last Updated: May 2026
Tick City Trading (“Tick City”) was created to provide traders with access to a simulated futures trading environment designed for evaluation, development, and funding opportunities. Because this is a simulated environment, certain risks associated with live trading may be reduced. However, trading futures products still involves substantial risk, and all users should fully understand these risks before participating. For purposes of this notice, a “day-trading strategy” refers to an overall trading strategy characterized by the regular placement of intra-day buy and sell transactions in the same market or related markets. Whether you are trading within a simulated environment or eventually transition to live trading, you should carefully consider the following:
CFTC Rule 4.41
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike actual trading performance, simulated results do not represent real trades executed in live markets. Because trades are not actually executed, results may undercompensate or overcompensate for certain market conditions such as liquidity, slippage, latency, and volatility. Simulated trading programs are also designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

Emotional and Psychological Risk
Trading futures markets can involve significant emotional and psychological stress. Even within a simulated environment, traders may experience: ● Overconfidence ● Excessive risk taking ● Emotional decision making ● Lack of discipline ● Unrealistic expectations These behaviors may become amplified in live market conditions involving real capital

Users may experience: ● Connectivity interruptions ● Delayed market data ● Platform outages ● Execution delays ● Technical malfunctions ● Data inaccuracies Tick City Trading is not responsible for losses or damages caused by technological failures.
Market Conditions and Volatility
Futures markets are highly volatile and can move rapidly. Market conditions including: ● Economic news ● Global events ● Liquidity changes ● Market halts ● Volatility spikes may impact trading results and execution quality. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Day Trading Risks
