Liability, Refunds and Chargebacks

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY, REFUNDS, AND CHARGEBACK POLICY

Tick City Trading (“Tick City”) shall not be held responsible or liable, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from isolated technical issues experienced by a user (“Client”). Such technical issues may include, but are not limited to: Data feed interruptions or inaccuracies Trading platform instability or disconnections Trade copier malfunctions Third-party software failures Automated strategy or indicator errors Internet connectivity interruptions Hardware or device failures Delayed executions or slippage Market volatility during news events Latency caused by external infrastructure providers Tick City Trading shall have no obligation to provide refunds, credits, reimbursements, or financial compensation for losses, missed trades, failed executions, or technical interruptions resulting from these issues. Clients are solely responsible for maintaining a stable technical environment, including internet connectivity, hardware reliability, software compatibility, and third-party integrations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tick City Trading’s maximum liability shall not exceed the greater of: One hundred dollars ($100), or The amount paid by the Client to Tick City Trading during the immediately preceding thirty (14) days.

Refund Policy

Tick City Trading maintains a strict no-refund policy for accounts that have been accessed, activated, or traded. Once any trading activity has occurred, whether simulated or otherwise, the Client waives any right to request or receive a refund. Tick City Trading may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests for accounts that: Have never been traded Have not violated any rules Have not been abused or exploited Refund approvals remain entirely at the discretion of Tick City Trading. Refund eligibility does not apply to: Failed evaluations Rule violations Account breaches Strategy abuse Inactivity Platform misunderstandings Technical issues outside of Tick City Trading’s control Services are considered fully rendered once account access has been provided.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing any Tick City Trading product or service, the Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes for transactions that were properly authorized and processed. Any chargeback or dispute determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of this policy may result in: Immediate account termination Permanent ban from Tick City Trading services Removal of access to funded accounts Forfeiture of payouts Legal recovery actions Tick City Trading reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds, processing fees, damages, collection costs, and reasonable legal fees where permitted by law. All determinations regarding disputes, abuse, and chargeback violations shall be made at Tick City Trading’s sole discretion.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using Tick City Trading services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to: This Disclaimer of Liability The Refund Policy The Chargeback Policy All Tick City Trading Terms of Use and platform rules Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of account access.
